  • Shahi Bread(Shai Tukra) with Chashni

    • first we mad chashni.
    • Take a pan and pour half glass of water, add one bowl of sugar to it and finally crushed cardamom.
    • Pun it on heat for half an hour.
    • Take fresh bread, slice the corners and cut bread diagonally.
    • Take another pan and put ghee into it.
    • Deep fry bread slices until they are brown.
    • Put fried bread in chashn and let bread absorb it.
    • Serve bread with Rabdi and dryfruits on it.
  • PYAZ KI KACHORI

    * To prepare the dough combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a semi soft dough using water. Keep it for 5 - 7 minutes.
    * Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and keep them covered under a wet muslin cloth.
    * For the onion filling heat oil in a pan.
    * Add the kalonji, saunf, bay leaves, green chillies and onions and saute till the onions turn light brownin color.
    * Add the besan, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
    * Add the chopped coriander and mix well.
    * Remove the bay leaves.

  • Green Khichadi

    first take spinach, ginger, green peas, garlic, green chilly & grind them all.
    then heat a pan and pour 1 teaspoon oil in it. Put mustard and cumin seeds and mix chopped onion and grinded spinach and rice after sometime.
    Add 1glass of water.
    put a lid for 10 min.
    Serve on a platter and garnish with coriander . Its great in taste and healthy too.

     

  • Fried Rice (Indian fried rice)

    Peel and finely chop the carrot.
    Finely chop the beans.
    Dry roast cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and powder it.
    Take a pan and heat with oil.
    Add chopped carrot and beans.
    Sauté till the vegetables become tender.
    Then add cooked peas and salt.
    Combine well and sauté for a min.
    Add chilli sauce and grounded powder and combine well.
    Sauté for few seconds.
    Now add the cooked rice and combine gently.
    Serve hot.
     

  • Pav Bhaji

    Heat a pan with oil & add the onions.Fry till translucent.
    Add tomatoes,salt,add all the powders and fry till the oil floats on top. Steam all the other veges seperately & add them to the onion mixture.

    Add a cup of water & let it cook to boiling consistency.
    With a potato masher keep mashing the mixture &
    let it cook nicely. When all the vege are cooked thoroughly garnish with coriander & lemon juice

    Serve with Pav.
