Shahi Bread(Shai Tukra) with Chashni
Ingredients:
bread
ghee to fry
sugar
some dry fruits
Cardamom
- first we mad chashni.
- Take a pan and pour half glass of water, add one bowl of sugar to it and finally crushed cardamom.
- Pun it on heat for half an hour.
- Take fresh bread, slice the corners and cut bread diagonally.
- Take another pan and put ghee into it.
- Deep fry bread slices until they are brown.
- Put fried bread in chashn and let bread absorb it.
- Serve bread with Rabdi and dryfruits on it.
